ICQ Plus is a utility allowing ICQ users to change the appearance of ICQ98 or higher. ICQ Plus features include: change background images of dialog boxes (bmp, jpeg, and gif images are supported), alter main menu image, change animation (set your own animated gif or avi file instead of the standard ICQ animation), change style of dialog boxes, buttons and other controls, individual dialog box settings, import and export skin files via zip file, and multiuser support.
